The R.C.B. is a private association / Board of Reflexologists

The National "Certification Committee" is comprised of reflexologists with years of experience who have demonstrated by education, experience, and accomplishments their love of people and the profession.

All RCB certificants agree:


* to abide by all laws that apply to our profession

* to work within a recognized "scope of practice" & "ethics"

* that reflexology is not a replacement for medical treatment

* never to diagnose - prescribe - or adjust medicine

* to continue their education

* to keep clients records "confidential"

How to get started:
A system of applied pressure / stimulation to feet -
hands - or referral areas of the body - using hands -
probing devices - or mechanical tools - to produce a reflex action thus assisting the body to homeostasis.


RP - Reflexology Practitioner
CR - Certified Reflexologist
MR - Master Reflexologist


RP - 50 hours - education / training
CR - 100 hours - education / training
MR - 250 hours - education / training


RP - $25.00
CR - $50.00
MR - $75.00


RP - 5 hours every two years (optional)
CR - 10 hours every two years (optional)
MR - 15 hours every two years (optional)


IMA - International Reflexology Association
AADP - American Association of Drugless practitioners


Schools wishing to be recognized must submit a
copy of State License (or equivalent)
a "Certificate of Recognition" will be issued


State Associations wishing to be recognized must submit documents - a "Certificate of Recognition" will be issued


A basic understanding of anatomy - physiology - pathology - sanitation - history - theory - ethics - law - techniques - record keeping - as it pertains to our profession

RP - must complete a "work booklet"
a $25.00 fee applies to review the "work booklet"
once completed and reviewed a "Certificate" will be issued.

RP - wishing to become a CR must complete a Course of Instruction from an RCB recognized or approved School / Association / group / body.

CR, MR - wishing to be recognized must supply documents


1.)  Contact the RCB as noted above
2.)  Submit any / all documents requested
3.)  Include payment (fee) check
4.)  Once reviewed / approved a Certificate(s) will be issued
5.)  Send a current picture / copy of drivers license
